Toon Studios successfully launched the release of its' new fire safety program for children Firefighter Frank in Baltimore, MD this past month. Firefighter Frank is a thirty minute hand-drawn animated cartoon. Important fire safety rules are told in storybook format with an unforgettable array of loveable cartoon characters. Andy, Hosè, Stubbs, Stretch, Spot, and Firefighter Frank leave children laughing and remembering what they've learned about fire safety.
